Importers of used engines can book a 20-minute meeting with us at the venue, and anyone sourcing engines at the show can use the checklist on this page.

The short answer
Automechanika Dubai 2026 runs from 10 to 12 November 2026, 10:00 to 18:00, at the Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC) in Expo City Dubai. It is the 23rd edition and the first at the new venue, after 22 editions at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The organiser is Messe Frankfurt Middle East; the show covers the automotive aftermarket for the Middle East and Africa (WAM, organiser).
ENGICOR attends as a visitor. We do not have a stand and no engines are on display: our engines are prepared and shipped from a large-scale warehouse in Guangzhou, China, with an inventory of 2,000+ engines. At the show we meet importers face to face, agree specifications and show the per-unit photo records and documents a buyer receives before paying the balance.

What to bring: the engine codes your customers ask for (for example 1NZ-FE, 2TR-FE, G4KD, 4JB1), rough quantities per code, your destination port, and any import rule your country applies to used engines. With that we can build a container mix in the meeting. Sourcing used engines at Automechanika: eight questions to ask any supplier
A trade show is the best place to compare suppliers in one day, and the easiest place to leave with a promise that is not on paper. These eight questions work with any used engine supplier you meet, including us. The longer version is in our guide to verifying a used engine supplier.

| 3. What check is done before shipping, and what does it not cover? | A clear scope. A hand turn of the crankshaft is not a compression or running test, and should not be called “tested”. |

| 5. Who receives the payment? | The company named on the proforma invoice, in two steps (for example 30 % deposit, 70 % before shipment). Never a personal account. |
| 6. Where do the engines load, and how long is transit? | A named port of loading and a current transit time from the forwarder, not a promise of “fast delivery”. |
| 7. Which documents do I receive? | Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading and the export declaration; drafts before loading. Petrol engines are usually filed under HS 8407.34 and diesel under 8408.20. |

Getting to the Dubai Exhibition Centre
The Dubai Exhibition Centre is in Expo City Dubai, next to Expo 2020 metro station (Route 2020 of the Red Line), with more than 10,000 parking spaces. It is close to Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port. Register as a trade visitor in advance on the official Automechanika Dubai website; the hall plan and the conference programme are published there.
