Ten lanes

Export markets

Ten destinations, each with its own discharge port, its own demand profile and its own inspection regime. The container is the same; the paperwork is not.

Wholesale onlyMinimum order is one sealed container — 90 engines in a 20-ft or 130 in a 40-ft. We do not sell single units. Sixteen models carry published prices; 30+ other makes are sourced by the container on request.

A container of used engines is a straightforward thing to load and a complicated thing to land. What changes between one destination and the next is rarely the engine — it is the conformity regime at the far end, the port that clears it fastest and the codes that actually sell once it is there. A load that clears Mombasa on a KEBS certificate will sit at Apapa without a SONCAP exemption argued correctly.

Each lane page below sets out the discharge ports we use, the engine families that move in that market, and the certification and documentation that country requires before the goods are shipped, not after. Where a market has its own guide — Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania — the page links straight to it.

The commercial terms do not change by lane: one full sealed container, 90 units in a 20-ft or 130 in a 40-ft, every unit Grade A, priced FOB with freight quoted separately per lane. If your destination is not on this list, ask — we quote lanes we do not yet list, we just do not claim experience we do not have.

NigeriaOur highest-volume lane. Lagos-bound containers of 1NZ, 2NZ and Hyundai-Kia stock leave regularly and the buyers who run them reorder on a cycle.Discharge: Apapa and Tin Can Island, LagosKenyaA market that knows exactly what it wants. Kenyan buyers are specific about codes and unforgiving about grade honesty — which suits how we work.Discharge: MombasaGhanaSmaller than Nigeria in volume, steadier in payment behaviour, and a market where a reliable supplier keeps a customer for years.Discharge: Tema and TakoradiSaudi ArabiaThe highest value per container of any lane we run. Large-displacement petrol dominates, and the buyer is a workshop network rather than a market trader.Discharge: Jeddah and DammamTanzaniaA market that buys practically. Light commercial and diesel move as hard as passenger petrol, and rebuilders take volume that other lanes leave behind.Discharge: Dar es SalaamUgandaLandlocked, which changes the arithmetic: inland haulage from the coast is a real cost, so container planning matters more here than almost anywhere.Discharge: Mombasa or Dar es Salaam, then inland to KampalaPakistanPrice-sensitive, high-volume, and served by an experienced import trade that knows exactly what a good container looks like.Discharge: Karachi (Port Qasim and KPT)IraqA strong market for large-displacement petrol, served only after compliance review. We run that review before we quote, not after you have paid.Discharge: Umm Qasr, or overland via a GCC portEgyptLarge parc, capable local workshops, and an import regime that rewards buyers who get their paperwork right the first time.Discharge: Alexandria and Port SaidUnited Arab EmiratesOur commercial base. Deals are agreed, documented and guaranteed from Ajman; the stock is inspected and loaded in Guangzhou.Discharge: Jebel AliZambiaA landlocked lane where the inland leg, not the sea freight, decides your landed cost — and where the conformity certificate is issued in the country of supply, which is exactly where our warehouse is.Discharge: Dar es Salaam (Nakonde border) or Beira; Durban and Walvis Bay by arrangementSouth AfricaThe most regulated lane we quote. South Africa controls used engine imports by permit, and the permit — not the price — decides what you can buy and how much of it. Read this before you ask for a quotation.Discharge: Durban; Port Elizabeth and Cape Town by arrangementMozambiqueThree working ports and a corridor role that reaches four neighbouring countries — and one certificate that has to exist before the container sails, not after it arrives.Discharge: Beira, Nacala and MaputoDR CongoA lane where the paperwork is unusually literal: the container has to match the declaration you filed at the bank, unit for unit and dollar for dollar, or the verification is refused before it ships.Discharge: Matadi for Kinshasa and the west; Dar es Salaam then road for Lubumbashi and the east
