Dubai is where the commercial side sits
Buyers in the Emirates deal with our office here: quotation, contract, payment terms and warranty are handled locally, in a jurisdiction where a commercial dispute has a clear route. The engines themselves are sourced, inspected, graded and loaded at our warehouse in Guangzhou.
That split is deliberate. Inspection belongs where the stock is; commercial guarantees belong where the buyer can enforce them.
Re-export as well as local supply
A large share of UAE buyers are not the end market — they re-export into Africa, Iraq and South Asia. If that is your business, tell us the destination when you enquire: the right grade mix for a re-export container is not the same as for local counter sales, and the documentation differs too.
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading, under HS 8407 and 8408, prepared for the destination rather than generically. Compliance-screened lanes are reviewed before quotation.
