Wholesale onlyRegular orders are one full container — 90 engines in a 20-ft or 130 in a 40-ft, or with gearboxes 45 + 45 / 65 + 65. New customers can make their first purchase from 10 engines (10, 20, 30 or 40), with gearboxes and consolidated shipping, at list price, with no first-order surcharge (LCL freight quoted separately): first-order offer. A second order can start from 45 engines, also at list price. We do not sell single units.

Who we are

ENGICOR is the trade name of Silkvin & Engicor LLC, Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We sell used engines and gearboxes business to business. For any privacy question, write to sales@engicor.com.

What we collect

Enquiries and quotations: the name, company, country, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and the order details you send us through the quote form, by email or by WhatsApp.

WhatsApp conversations: when you message our WhatsApp Business number, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the content of your messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) operated by Meta.

Website usage: Google Analytics 4 records anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, device type, approximate country) using cookies.

How we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and proforma invoices, arrange orders and shipments, keep a record of our business relationship and improve the website. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use your WhatsApp number for marketing unless you ask us to keep you informed.

Replies to enquiries and WhatsApp messages may be drafted with the help of an AI system (Anthropic's Claude). Prices and terms come from our own price list, and a person at ENGICOR reviews what is sent on our behalf when a reply needs a decision.

Who processes it for us

Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), Anthropic (AI drafting), Hostinger (website and server hosting, including our automation server in the European Union), Google (email and analytics). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. Shipping and logistics partners receive the details needed to move your order.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and conversation records are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you and up to five years after the last order, to meet accounting and trade-record obligations. Website analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop messaging you on WhatsApp — write to sales@engicor.com or reply STOP on WhatsApp. We answer within 30 days. Deleting your data does not affect records we must keep by law.

Security

Data is stored on access-controlled servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access is limited to the people who handle your orders.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date. Last updated: 16 October 2026.
